Hi
I'd like to create a DVD with one long movie on it.
I have a background image prepared, so all I need is a text link saying "Play" to play the movie, and another text link called "Scene Selection" which goes to a chapters page with standard thumbnails and links.
Is this possible in MyDVD? I seem only to be able to create thumbnail links to either movie files or pages.
I've tried using a custom thumbnail and making my own image, but that doesn't work well at all, the resolution is bad and it crops.
Thanks
Nick
Is it possible to create DVD menus with text rather than thumbnails?

Sure, no problem at all. There are several menu designs that use text only buttons. You can customize on of those or you can use use one design and choose the button for another one.
For example, you like the Birthday background, but not the thumbnail buttons. Add your video, select the button and Choose View/Settings. In that dialog box at the top, click the second TAB. There is a drop down list for BUTTON STYLE. There you can select a button style from one of the other menus that uses text only buttons. NOTE: Most chapter buttons have thumbnails.
