Using EMC10 and trying to edit audio tags. Getting no match in Music ID. I have added all items track ID,Artist,Album...... and no luck. What is up? This was working previously.

If it was working previously but now it isn't, then something has broken or been broken.
Try a clean install to get it back to scratch.

Could the site have been down when you tried? Realize that the information you get from the online site is available only if someone posts it there. Is the album "Known", is it a compilation of known artists?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
