I burned the project to DVD but I am getting a white screen instead of the production.
Running Windows Vista 64bit
This is my second time to burn so any assistance in what I am supposed to do would be much appreciated...thank you!

So far we have established that you have a computer with Vista 64 bit and you have the brand new Creator 2010. You somehow made a production (Video Wave?) and burned it to a DVD (MyDVD?) We need you to confirm the above and to fill in the details -like what kind of production -video or image slide show and the basic steps you used to burn the project to the disc. What brand disc? Did you create an IMAGE (ISO) file and copy that?
More information on your computer would help -- especially your video card/chip, settings, etc.

Sorry... here you go!
DVD Drive: TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-H653G
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4350
RAM: 6 GB
The MyDVD file runs fine and the menus run fine on the disk during playback but its the movie that is completely white. Audio is undisturbed and plays fine. The only difference between this burn and my previous burn that worked is the quality which I kept at HQ on a DVD-R. Could this be the culprit? Thank you for your help!

I will read your response in more detail later but Memorex is CRAP !
In MyDVD, go to the top menu and select tools then options and put the dot near software. From MyDVD, when you go to burn, select burn to image file (ISO) file. When that finishshes, load it to a virtual disc (home page- tools) and then play it. If it plays OK, just copy that ISO file to a disc using VideoCopy and Convert.

Thank you very much and for future reference what discs would you recommend? I appreciate your patience with me as I learn these things!
Have a great week!
