What do you mean you download 10? What is "10" or are you referring to Roxio Creator 2010? You get the error message after you downloaded from the Roxio website and you are trying to install it?
You have to be more specific in your program description and exactly what you are doing.

I downloaded and installed Roxio 2010. I'm running Windows XP on an HP desktop. I tried to creat a DVD with menu from "MY DVD" it will not open. Error message R6025. It specifically calls out the Videowave12.exe. Although I can creat a DVD without a menu? I can also open Videowave separately.
I have tried all the methods suggested in the tech support website with no avail.
msconfig - Restart services - failure ( The only items in the services are: roxiomediadb12, Roxiohardrive watcher12)
Disabled directx video acceleration - failure
Installed under New user with Roxio as Admin. - failure
Clean Install, step by step, 3X - failure
Installed Service Pack3 - failure ( Per suggestion of the support technician by phone)
Put Real Player as my default player - failure
I'm at a loss with this issue, and would like some help. I just bought this program, and I am very close to asking for a refund. This is my last stop.
Thanks

I don't think Real Player will give you a refund for their junk.

How about listing your system specs, especially video card. HP Desktop tells us nothing.
What menu style are you using?
BTW, it always better to start you own thread then hijacking a 2 month old thread.

I'm running:
Windows XP version 2002
Service Pack3
HP Pavilion
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3300+
1.81 G Hz, 448 MB of RAM
SiS760 Display Adapter
I just updated the drivers for the SiS760, and now the opening box of the program is scrambled? Program still non responsive.

You don't have enough RAM, your video chip isn't good, and unless your processor is a dual core, it will be super slow doing any video work.

From system requirements:
": Intel® 1.6 GHz Pentium 4 processor or AMD equivalent, 512 MB RAM for Windows XP and 1GB RAM for Windows Vista and Windows 7. For video editing and conversion and DVD playback: Intel Pentium 4 2GHz processor or AMD equivalent and 1GB RAM. Multi-core processor with at least 2GB RAM recommended."
You don't even have the ridiculously low 'minimum' amount of RAM
