I have Windows XP Pro and Blackberry with the media manager installed. I also have Omnipage Pro which is OCR recognition software. I may or may not have Easy Media 9. When I start Omnipage, I get a dialog box that says to install Roxio and when I click ok to do that the same box comes up in a loop. If I back out of these menus, the computer reboots. I am unable to use Omnipage because I can't get into it. Omnipage says this is a Roxio problem. I looked in programs to delete Roxio, but don't any Roxio programs there at all. When I go to the Progams folder, I do see a Roxio folder with a nunch of subfolders with 9s at the end of them. I need help.

Check with Blackberry it is their OEM version of Roxio.

Try using Windows Installer Cleanup utility to clear out any entry related to Roxio MM. Once that is done, you have option to re-install it using the BB Desktop Manager with Roxio MM or not install totally if not being used.
