I recently purchased Roxio Creator 2009, and I have an issue with the CINE Player when playing a DVD. The DVD movie trailers "jitter/flutter." The DVD movies usually play without incident. My computer is a Dell Dimension 8250 2.4GHz, 512 MB RAM and running Windows XP Home. The Roxio Creator 2009 software was installed at the Geek Squad after a disastrous encounter with NERO 9. I complained about this to the Geek Squad, and they did an "uninstall/reinstall," and it still has this problem. My question, can this issue be resolved? Does anyone else have this problem?

Odd. Are these commercial DVDs? Does it happen to every DVD movie trailors? Do you have more than one drive that can be tested on?
