I'm totally new to Roxio and got it mainly to make cd's but I cannot figure out how to get the track listing to auto fill (or anything else to auto-fill for that matter). Does anyone have any suggestions or do you have to manually fill in the track listings?

It is a bug. It will not auto-fill. There is a workaround but I can't remember how to do it. You can search this forum or wait until someone with that knowledge stops by.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
