purchased roxio easy vhs to dvd from roxio yesterday, can not get it to install. starts install then gets to directx 9 stops rollsback and says program was interrupted. i have tried downloading directx 9 from microsoft but it wont let me, says that it is incompatible with my system.
tried several times with same result.
I am trying to install in on brand new HP desktop, windows vista 64 bit premium. please help...

Your kind of leaving out all the posts about the same thing you are encountering with Creator 2010, Here…
The 2 are not un-related so V2D will work after you resolve the other.
