Why I can not download the windows Installer Clean Up Utility it tell me that can't find the "appdata" folder and then gives me an error message. Can oyu give me some gidance on this issue thank you.

That's a Microsoft Windows problem. You may have to do a restore to an earlier time or do a repair of your OS. That message has nothng to do with the Roxio program. I suspect that your OS is corrupt. Try the restore first. What OS do yuo have?
