Certificate File error Can't use Creator 2009 after new install

I purchased last month Creator 2009, and after installing on my Windows Vista 64 bit computer, when trying to use any of the subapplications get the error message: "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still get the same error message. I can't use this product at all! I have no idea where to get the "certificate file." I would appreciate help from anyone.

Try following every step of this clean install.
