No Sound on DVD & Video Preview in Roxio Video Copy & Create No Sound on DVDs

Hello,

I have Roxio Creator 2009 on with Service Pack 4 upgrade on a Dell XPS computer running Windows XP Pro SP2. DVD Writer is an HP 1040D

I have downloaded several TV shows to my computer from my TiVo Series 3 using TiVoToGo.

I can view those shows WITH SOUND using Windows Video Player 11.0 and Roxio CinePlayer

However, when I try and use Roxio Video Copy and Create to create DVDs, the DVDs created have picture but NO SOUND!

When I go to the Preveiw/Trim mode within VC&C. There also is no sound. Yet, in CinePlayer there is sound.

Any idea what is causing this.

I have removed and re-installed the Roxio Creator 2009 software three times.
