If you have already installed C2010Pro and have VHS2DVD and it's USB capture device, just install the VHS2DVD software with the USB capture device plugged into a USB 2.0 port. Then use the Capture device that came with the VHS2DVD program to capture your video. I just finished doing exactly that and have had no problems capturing video. I'll check also to see if I can use the same capture device with C2010Pr0, but haven't tried that yet. I assume it should work just fine.

update
I loaded and finally used Roxio Easy VHS2DVD for vhs and audio tape capturing on hard drive. The vhs was captured without any problem but the audio tape captured but I could not hear it while useing VHS2DVD. Before you say anything about SP 2, the program I received on CD had SP 2 version loaded on it as determined by checking the version number from the about section of Help menu.
Now to when I attempted to capture the vhs and audio tape (same ones as before) using Creator 2010Pro. Both went without any problem even able to hear the audio tape before capturing and during capture.
So it appear my best approach will be to use Creator 2010 Pro for my capturing of VHS and audio tapes.
Hope this information helps others.
