What is the rest of the error?  Vista service pack 1 is a requirement and MUST be installed before Creator 2010.

" setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products' is the error I am receiving - no other explaination is being provided. The extraction files are then deleted and I am back to not having the application available.

Not having Vista SP1 installed is the usual condition that will get you that error.
