I've tried a few suggestions from this forum and others but nothing works so far.
I've installed the Direct X directly from the disc but this didn't help.
The Install always comes up as interrupted and the interrupt is too quick for me to see exactly how far it got before giving up - though it appears to be the next stage after Direct X / Creator - which I think is Direct X 9 Rollback
Any help would be appreciated!

Go to your %APPDATA% folder and look for this C:\Users\YouUser\AppData\Roaming\Roxio Log Files\Roxio Creator 2010 Pro
Zip up the last logs and email them to me. I'll message you my email address.
