I am running Windows Vista HP 32.  Installed and used the Easy VHS to DVD multiple times without a problem.

I was copying a video when my son connected his iPod to the computer and opened iTunes.  Both programs stopped responding and he shut the computer off.

Since then, each time I start the Roxio program I get the message: "Roxio Creator has stopped working"  Uninstalling and reinstalling the program still does not fix the problem.

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

It looks like to need to do the Clean Install:
Vista

IN future keep your son and his iPod away from the computer especially when you are doing any copying etc. rolleyes.gif
