Trying to edit a piece of video but the picture is green and yellow stripes

Hi,
New user, ihave installed Easy VHS to DVD great, no problems every thing works as it should i think? but when i try to produce a peace of video the screen playes on new wave but the picture is just green and yellow and stripped, i get sound but that is no good without a picture can anyone help. Please!

P.s. the video has come from my camcorder if that helps.

Looked OK when you captured it?

Are you set to PAL?

Can you try another capture or an existing file from your PC?

It points to a Video problem so we want to try some other things to test that area…

If you are going to do some VCR work later, make sure you look at some of the SCART postings here to make sure you get a good one! (won’t matter for a camcorder).
