I bought this product a few days ago and it loaded and told me my vidio driver was out of date.
so I downloaded the newest driver and it loaded up and worked for one movie copy to hard drive
then it locked up the next time I tried to copy a movie.
Support is not answering me I have a ticket but it has been 10 hours and no responce.

I have a p4 processer 3.4ghz
3 gig of ram
lots of hd space
windows XP pro
dvd43
MSI Nvidia FX 5600 agp card with 256meg of video ram

I do get the upgrade ads but if I bought software that cost $30 to sell me an upgrade for another $60 I am not happy

did I buy a piece of Junk or does this software work for anybody
somebody please help me
everything else on my system works

I think that might be your problem. DVD43 is a program which defeats Region Protection and CSS. Roxio Easy DVD copy
*Does not copy encrypted or copy-protected discs

What is the name of the movie you're trying to copy?
