I have clean installed 2x. After 10.1 re-install completes. when I run the Suite program the main window appears an a few seconds later I get a window stating "Please wait while Windows configures Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 suite" The horizontal elevator bar fills in and I get a message that I need to restart. I reboot, and restart the suite and the Windows configure cycle window appears again. This happens over and over again. If I tell it to reboot later it ignors the command and reboots anyway.. I am using Win XP professional SP3.

When you installed the program did you have your anti-virus running?  That is a major cause of items not being put in the Windows registry correctly.  Do the clean install again to a defragged disc without the anti-virus.  After it install reboot.

Did you follow these procedures?
