I have a different, but hopefully similar issue.
I have uninstaled Creator 2010.
I have deleted all the program folders.

But everytime I rightclick on a desktop icon, or the START menu button, the Windows installer fires up and tries to install Creator 2010. After running it finally stops saying "error certificate not found".

This is SO annoying!
Please, plesae, if anyone knows how I can make it quit doing this?
I am running Vista, of course.

The first section about the MS Uninstaller in the Vista Clean Install procedure should do the trick…
