Confirmed on fault on three seperate systems. Asus and MSI Desktop systems and an HP laptop. Running 64 bit Vista and 64 bit Windows 7.

In Video Copy and Convert click on options, make any changes or simply just try and close. Video Copy and Convert crashes with message "Roxio Video Copy and Convert has stopped working. Windows is looking for a solution to this problem"

Is this a known bug and is there a resleas schedule for Roxio to fix?

This is a known bug and has been reported/post several times already. Nobody here knows if and when it will be fixed.

I actually get the same error, however I am running Vista Ultimate 32-bit version running on a DELL Dimension 9100. Go figure.  Hopefully there will be a patch that fixes this soon.
