Roxio Creator 2009 worked great for a while, then kept freezing up and not working in any mode. I re-installed the software and now it's even worse; it immediately comes up with a message that IT HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE.

HELP! Any suggestions?

See if you can install the SP4 update. It might just fix whatever is the problem. If not, do a clean install and then run the SP4 update.
