I currently own Easy Media Creator 7.5 and I'm trying to get Roxio Creator 2010 for the upgrade price of $69.99, but when the web site lists eligible products I can upgrade from, it only lists the various version of Creator 2009, Roxio RecordNow, Roxio MyDVD, Roxio Easy DVD Copy, Roxio Easy VHS to DVD, and Roxio Digital Media Studio.

Does this mean I don't qualify for the upgrade price?

Your software version is not listed as eligible product so you're not entitled to an upgrade discount. sad.gif

That’s not the way I read English…

Buy_Upgrade.jpg

It clearly states Any older version of Creator or other Roxio~~~

After a second reading, I agree with you. The first time around, I just looked at the listed products.

Time to "upgrade" my reading glasses! wink.gif

As you said, the best way to find out is to call Sales.

Yes the call is important, I know Roxio has never asked me to interrupt their policies for them  laugh.gif

Turns out I can get the upgrade. Thanks for the suggestions that I call them. But I've got one more question. How do they KNOW I have a previous version of a Roxio product? Couldn't someone without any Roxio product just as easily claim they have it and then get the discounted price?

If you registered the previous product, they know.
