Unable to play dvd,s or my slideshows. Have checked settings and it has my computer  region control as the U.S. (i am in Australia)
it also says that i have 0 changes left. I have never changed this setting but have reload the creator program 11 times over the last three weeks because of varing problems.( i am getting tired of having to reload)   Have always done a clean install. Is there anyway that the region status can be changed.
Meant say i was using cineplayer.

Looks like someone messed with your burner.  If you never changed it, and you have 0 changes left, then you let someone use your computer, they changed the burner, or your burner is junk.

Whatever happened, junk it, and get a new one.

No this is a message in CinePlayer and I don’t think it has anything to do with it!

CinePlayer___Region_Code.jpg

As I understand, CinePlayer sets based on the settings of your OS.

Are you unable to play commercial DVD Movies? How about with Windows Media Player?

All DVD’s burned by Roxio are set to Region 0 so they are universal.

Upside down images are usually an incorrect video card setting/driver.

Did you uninstall the orignial video card drivers, prior to installing the new ones?  Even if you did, uninstall again, and install the new drivers, after a reboot.  Don't let Windows install them.  Install them, yourself.
