I've been trying to install this program all day. I've done clean installs (as recommended by Roxio), opened tickets, uninstalled and reinstalled SP2. I've had nothing but frustration with this thing. Now, the product has finally installed, but there is no desktop icon, and the only message I'm getting for EVERY SINGLE application is a variation of this:

The item "CinePlayer.exe" that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?

This product is unacceptable. Please advise.

Edit: I am running Vista SP2. Everything is updated.

Suggest you do a Clean Install and apply SP4.

Service Pack 4 incorporates all the fixes/features of the previous three Service Packs.
