Install hang at microsoft.net 3.5 sp1

Hello every one
I need help from every one in this forum.
one of my customer he has has windows 7 Ultimate RTM 32 bit from Technet.
the OS woking fine, he has retail Roxio creator pro 2010 but he can not install.
I try to help him to install, but it got the same problem.
The Problem: install hang at " Install Microsoft.Net V3.5 SP1"
I try to download microsoft net framework 3.5 SP1 install than reinstall roxio creator 2010 pro but still the same problem.



any one can help me please.

Regarding the MS download and installation, was it successful? I think a popup window should show up and indicate if everything got installed successfully.

Yes I did full install Microsoft netframework 3.5, than try Install roxio creaotr 2010 it just stay at what you see on the pickture, they won do anything else. I try to Install 5 time, it still the same problem

I got the same problem as you posted above, but I have the Win XP Pro system. And I used the MS automatic security update for net 3.5. That's when I got the error log that pointed to some other lower net framework that my system need to update. I was able to had it fixed and installation of Creator 2010 eventually went through.

Since you have Win7 and and you said the MS net 3.5 framework installed successfully in your system, I don't know what else to advise. sad.gif

Windows 7 should not need .NET 3.5 SP1. It is already included with the RTM release.
