My roxio creator 10 is installed in my computer which runs on vista business. when i click on roxio it prompts me a message "to run roxio you physical drive must be active". and my physical drive is already active.
I need help to solve this problem.

What software package do you have: Roxio Creator 2010 or EMC 10. These are 2 different suites 2 years apart.
