Tried 100 things, nothing works.
Tried safe mode, rolls back.
Tried reading, Googleing, nothing helps.
I purchased because the Roxio landing page says it works with Windows 7.
I downloaded (purchase), and not working.
False advertising?
Bottom line is, does it work or not, as no support answers give any info regarding it working or not, just the sales blurb that says it does, which it doesn't.

Yes it works in Windows 7. I've had it installed and running fine since it was released on the RC version of W7.

Since its really not very clear what issues you're having, try posting some details on what they are. Installation issues? Starting one or more of the apps? Error messages? System specs? etc... With some of that info maybe one of yur fellow users here can offer some suggestions.

Some people are having issues with the downloaded install.
Try extracting it using winzip and running setup.exe from there.

Yea I did a successfull install with Win 7 pro (MSDN version) and it was having issues (thought it may have been remenants of Roxio Creator 09 ultimate) so I uninstalled, did a clean install (removed registry entries etc) and still no go, can not for the love of me get this thing installed....

Tried 100 things as well and I too am fruistrated as I thought this was meant to work with Win 7.

Yes, it works with Win7.  Did you follow the instructions for install?  Disable anitvirus, disconnect from internet, disable all other apps that boot at start?  Seems like Windows is only getting more complicated than easier to use. Too many applications interfere with the install of other applications. They shouldn't, but they do.

Looking at your log files it is failing during installation of DirectX. Check your IM box. I'll need some additional files to disable installation of DirectX.
