i have tried many times to do all the solutions which is in the forums here clean installs service packs patch i can see and hear the video great but no capture button highlighted i have even tried it on 3 different pc's xp and vista, i even took it down to a very reputable pc repair shop and they could not get my capture button to work , it has cost me a small fortune  but im determined to get this to work,then im going to bin it just out of badness , it seems this is not uncommon , i fed up hearing about my capture card not being inserted correctly what do they want us to do whack it in with a  hammer , the usb recognises the capture device as it tells you its there therefore it has to be a software problem and why when i put the supplied disc in does it take 30 mins or ratteling my hard drive to bits before it installs the software.fed up roxio customer   any further help would be appreciated ,

at last success i changed from the s video set up to composite video and it worked
