No audio just video

I just purchase the Easy VHS to DVD. I have trying to capture the video to my PC. I got window vista. I will only get the video but not the audio. I already downloaded the software that was requested. Anything else I could do.

have you tried changing the button from composite video to s-video above the video display screen ?it depends on how you set up your capture card

That will only work if you also have used the S-video connection and not the yellow video cable.

Please tell us how you have your connections setup. Have you installed the SP2 update?Have you read the pinned posts at the top of this forum?
