Guys!I am on the verge of buying Roxio 2010 pro.My question is :Will it merge and burn m2ts files?Thanx in advance.

Yes, it should.  The only sample files I have are from Panasonic camcorder. If you want to post a file somewhere, we would be more than happy to test it for you first.  Here are a few places:

Thanks,Gary.The camcorder footage I have is from a Sony HDR-SR12 unit.The total video is some 24gb of m2ts files!I am currently using Nero 8 to burn MERGED files to a disc,but It crashes most of the time!I just thought that Roxio 2010 pro might do a better job.Thanks again.

It is an unfortunate fact that camcorder manufacturers - including Sony - do not always follow industry standards.  Technically they can advertise AVCHD or whatever but slightly bend the rules enough to break software.  We have seen all to often.  

I have a Sony SR11 file, but the extension is .mts.   If I remember correctly, the user had any audio issue in Creator 2009.  I just loaded it into Videowave 2010 and it worked just fine.  I was able to add the file several times, add transitions and output to AVCHD or Blueray format.
