Am using Roxio Creator 2010 and am having problems with Video Copy & Convert, after converting and burning a downloaded movie I have no sound when playing in my DVD Player however it will play perfectly on my computer. I am running Windows 7, have used Roxio for years and never experienced this before.
Help please. wink.gif

The Defaults for VCC Video output would be Dolby AC3 Audio Format. A very few number of Players seem to require the LPCM setting.

If you have some RW for testing, make one with that (click Custom in the Lower right corner) set.

Alternate – use MyDVD with either DVD or DVD (No Menu) Project.

Good media, like Verbatim & Taiyo Yuden, is always a plus since it eliminates any question of media being the problem.
