Has anybody got any idea how I can resolve this?
My camcorder records in MPEG4 files.
When I'm trying to create a DVD on Creator 2009 Ultimate, I keep getting an error message that says there is an error encoding the files and the burn aborts.
I've tried on both my desktop (Windows XP os) and my Laptop (Vista Home Basic os) and get them same message.
Anyone got any idea's how I can sort this

Explain a bit more what you are doing. How are to getting the video from the camcorder to your hard drive? What program from Creator 2009 are you using to burn?

The exact text of the error message will go a long way in resolving this too.
