1st question:  Sometimes when I try to write an audio CD, I receive a message that the file is not a compatible file and cannot be written.  I have changed the file type from .wav to .mp3 and then the file will writes OK.  Why does Roxio V2009 have this problem and has it been resolved?  I can write the same file with Windows Media and others without problems.  This indicated to me that Roxio software has a problem.

2nd Question:  I ordered Version 2010 last night  and was unable to complete the download (It stopped responding about halfway there).  Today when I tried o get back into the download area I am unable to get through:

When I try the Order number that I received from Roxio, I get an error message that states that it cannot find the order number.  When I try to enter my login (email) and password, I receive basically the same response.  I also cleaned all my private data and cookies.

OK I get it, Roxio wants my money but does not want me to have the  program??  I  very frustrated and wish I had not spent the $100.00 to upgrade to the 2010 Pro product.

Nothing to resolve.  Creator 2009 burns .wav files with no problems at all.  Your .wav file may have been bad.

Contact Roxio Customer Service, on Monday, for your Creator 2010 problem.

Please remember that the downloading service is done by Digital River on behalf of Roxio. They are two separate companies and have different systems, so numbers that have meaning for one company may be meaningless to the other.

If you are having downloading trouble you may need to hit Digital River.

Of course.  You are correct, but when folks buy a Roxio product, and download it, they may not have a clue that Digital River is where Roxio decided to have the software downloaded.

It appears that the OP did not realize that, even though the sent e-mail would state that Digital River is the source of the download.  It may be the first Roxio software that the OP downloaded, so he/she would have nothing to remember of where it was being downloaded.

Hence, my suggestion that the OP contact Roxio Customer Service on Monday.  Customer Service would have very nicely sent the OP in the right direction.
