I updated my computer with Windows XP Pro x64, so I needed to reinstall Roxio. At first, the .Net framework would not install and when I tried to start Roxio I would get the Microsoft Error Report. I read the discussion group and there was an article stating to remove .Net 3.5 from the computer before installing Roxio. I did this and the intall seemed to go fine.
I then tried to start Roxio again and I still get the same Microsoft Error report. The prgram won't start at all. Does Roxio work on XP Pro x64? Any suggestions.
Roxio worked fine when I had XP (32 bit) on my computer.
Software: Creator 2009 Ultimate
Operating System: XP Pro x64

Have you installed the SP4 update?
No, I have not. Do you think that will help, considering the application worked on 32 bit XP. Does the Sp4 provide some type of update for XP 64 bit
