Popcorn is advertised as being able to insert Bookmarks that allow you to skip through video on your iPod or other device, but I can't find the word "bookmark" anywhere in the documentation. How does one use this feature if in fact it actually exists?

I'm not certain about this but it may be the same as the chapter markers added for a video DVD. The setting is in the Video tab of Popcorn preferences. Automatic means that existing chapter markers in the source video will be applied, or you can choose time intervals. However, if a source video is in MPEG 2 format and does not have existing chapter markers than Popcorn applies marks every 5 minutes regardless of the setting in preferences.
I see no way to set a marker at a specific location.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
