I am have Roxio Creator 2010 Pro - within that suite, am trying to use Roxio Video Copy and Convert. I open my broswer to a page containt the video I want to capture. Then I open the copy and covert software. Under "add source" click "web video" - but I always get a message telling me to open my broswer, even though it's already open. I've tried this on several video pages - including some YouTube video that I loaded, so I know for sure it's not a protection issue.

help please!

p.s. the other parts of the Creator 2010 pro suite seem to work just fine

I think it only works only with Internet Explorer.  I just did a quick test with IE8 and it worked fine.  Also it only works with sites like YouTube where the content is not protected. For example, it won't work with Hulu and probably not with any of TV sites like nbc.com, etc.
