I'm having the same problem, I can not access the historical collection through the serial number and could not download the Roxio Creator 2010, (saved on the pc) and when I ran instead of the program, I received an attacker "Riskwave Trojan . Generic.exe. I sent several emails and even now I had not solution to the problem of how to re-download, I paid with credit card. I also have not received the download link of Disk Back-up. I tried to cancel all through email and  mad.gif  I did not have any answers. I'm disappointed by the lack of explanations and support to the buyer.

You don't have the 'same' problem (hence moving the post)

You installed with anti-virus running which is never a good idea to begin with but what you got was a 'false positive'. There is no trojan in the download from Digital River and what has happened is your a/v has picked up on something (for some reason) which made it think that.

When you install ANY software, the recommendation is to turn off ALL running applications and that means ALL, including the anti-virus
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

1. When was the product purchased? You have 30 days to download/re-download the product by visiting www.findmyorder.com/roxio
2. If you have not purchased a PHY backup disc, there is nothing such as Backup download link
3. If you intend to obtain refund, you can do so by visting www.findmyorder.com/roxio and initiating a refund process.

I go the Disc Back-Up Roxio 2010 before the deadline and installation problems were solved after disabling the Anti-Virus. Thank You for Your Attention.
