I have a Dell XPS 400 with a Phillips DVD RW drive
After the full process of bringing a video into the Creator 10 program and getting it ready to write to a DVD it gives an error of not being able to begin the image process.  I have made many DVD's with this program and am getting totally frustrated.  I have checked that the driver for the DVD player-writer is up to date and I have updated my video card to no avail.  I have also reinstalled the program and have gone to your site for updates.
what's next?  Do I scrap the whole program and go to a different company?

1) Just want to confirm you have Roxio Creator 2010
2) Post the detailed steps you were doing to "write" your video to a DVD. What program in the suite were you using?

So what have you changed in your system that the program no longer works? Most likely you don't even have Roxio Creator 2010 (which came out less then a month ago) but Easy Media Creator 10. Until you tell us what software you have and some more details on exactly what you are doing, its not worthwhile offering any suggestion.

BTW, none of us here have any "updates" since we are just users like you.
