I've noticed a few threads on people have corrupt DirectX install files. Not sure how that happened. Could be from the burn or reading the disc.
Anyways I've posted the files here in case you run into a rollback. Unzip it and replace the files in the installation folder. A good test to see if it is corrupted is try to copy the files to hard disk.
