it went through the setup that took 1 1/2hrs it said it finished sussessfully. there is no shortcut on the main screen and nothing under programs to open the program. so confused thanks for any help

in order to help with your problem, please include more information about your computer spec's, (Hardware, OS, other programs installed etc.) and better details on just what steps you took. (was the capture device installed in a USB 2.0 port ? what screens came up when you started the install etc.)

yes i had the v capture usb plugged in, I also turned off all my virus protection. the first screen was small gray box that said this was setup this may take several min. then a larger box came on with the roxio logo with the agreement and asking for the serial # then install thats when it took 1 1/2hrs or so, then the last it was saying it was successfully installed with nothing after that. I have no icon on my main desktop or anything in the all programs. I do have it in the add and uninstall program area stating the size is 618.00mb my computer info in under edit sig. thanks
