I own Creator 9 and am running Vista. Creator worked fine until recently and suddenly won't open and gives me the Unable to Load Skin error. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, installed updates and gotten rid of all my Norton trialware. Can someone help? Thanks!

That could well be a problem with native language of Windows and the language of the Roxio product. There is a work around if I can find it. You may have just as good luck as I will. It is from M.Dekker.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Hey guys, thanks for the help, but this doesn't seem to be my problem. My languages are all English (United States) and have always been that way. And the error isn't quite the one that he quotes ("Skin image *.PNG Found But Cannot Be Loaded"). My error is Error: Unable to load skin. It really seemed like this happened out of the blue after months of working correctly.
Any other suggestions? Thanks again for trying!
