I have installed done several clean sweeps and line by line went thru everything. It started with a certificate error, fixed that. Now it is the capture button. Ican not capture video everything is installed but still having problems. My IT department with thru my system for 3 hours and nothing I get video and sound but will not let me capture it.
Please help install issues easy vhs to dvd

Try looking through cdanteek’s pinned post above so you can compare his pictures with your system.
Most likely the drivers were never installed correctly.

Im gonna do this one more time. I will be looking at a couple things a little closer.

That did not work I cleared everything made sure there where no remains of the program and did everything to the T and nothing worked I still get the same thing unknown capture error and gray capture button.

I can tell you right now, there is no magic Fit It button hidden away
You never said if you compared pictures with cd’s post and everything is exactly the same?
You are going to have to supply your PC specs, like I have in my signature…
If you have Vista is UAC turned off? Does your account have full admin privileges?
Also do you watch the install and see if any messages are flowing by?
