Reinstall creator 2009 from Hard Drive

I would like to do a clean install of my Creator 2009. I purchased this via the Roxio website and downloaded to my hard drive(no disk). I opened the program and could not find a setup application. any ideas

What program did you open? Didn't you save the downloaded file, to a folder on your hard drive? Did you burn the downloaded file to a disc?
