difficulty with import import from panasonic hdc-tm15

i am unable to import/add files when creating video , the files having been uploaded to my hard drive already.

Video Recording Format MPEG4-AVC/H.264 (AVCHD standard complaint)

any hints appreciated

Could you upload a sample file? We could see if we have the same problem. There are several free file sharing site:

I'm sure there are more. Just shoot a 1-2min clip out the door or something.

Not all camcorders are 'compliant' with standards.
