When I try to launch this feature I get the spinning arrow for a few seconds and then it just goes away. Nothing happens. I get the following information in the Windows Application Log:

"The description for Event ID 0 from source RoxMediaDB12 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer."

Actually, none of the applications on the Music/Audio page that have the little black circular arrow to the left will load.

Any ideas?

If you tried to repair the program using the repair function in Windows or on the disc and that didn't fix it, then

Clean install on a prepared computer.  Don't take shortcuts or skip any steps; don't add any steps.

Chances are you have tried to install the program with your anti-virus running or some other program that didn't allow all the correct entries in the system registry.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
