i have a pre-installed roxio creator de 10. i am very new to all this,and will appreciate anyones time.
does my version not come with a converter? i looked in audio tab its not there.
i also do not see application menu?
what is roxio creator de 10 considerd?, so i know what upgrades i may need.
windows basic vista/1545 inspiron/32 bit/intel duo/intel graphics media accelerator x4500hd?

DE = Dell Edition is very limited in nature. If you are not able to locate what you intend to do, it very well means you will need to consider upgrading to newer version.

thank you.still learning will check it out,would it be easier to buy converter then convert before i add to roxio? my version has a pop up box that says i can add diff. formats.
i have added aac songs but it wont tell me if they are mp3 now. i wanted to convert them so i could copy them into mp3 player.what upgrade will work with my de 10.2 version? i just want a safe converter for audio files. the free ones have bad reviews.
when i search 4 converter in my folders one shows up,but it wont let me access it.is this converter 4 something else?
