I have Creator 2010 running on Windows XP (SP3) on Intel 4 at 3 MHz with 2 GB RAM.
The same DVD plays OK with RealPlayer.
I suspect a conflict but how do I diagnose and correct the problem?

Inserting a commercial DVD starts Cineplayer but no video appears. The sound is as expected in that it I hear the background music for the DVD menu.
I have Creator 2010 running on Windows XP (SP3) on Intel 4 at 3 MHz with 2 GB RAM.

1. Try enabling/disabling Hardware Acceleration
2. Try updating drivers for the video card.
