Hi,  I installed a new HDD and tried to re-install Creator 9.  Could not go beyond the CD key page.  System is telling me that my CD key is invalid????.  I know it is valid as I still have the original envelope.  Tech support are useless and did not offer any support they told me version 9 is a legacy and is no longer supported.  Any help will be highly appreciated. Thx.

I assume that you were smart when you first got EASY MEDIA CREATOR 9 and registered your copy.  Go to your account on Roxio and you will get the actual CD key that you registered and that worked.  Are you sure that you are not entering the TSID key?

Check you haven't confused O with zero, B with eight, S with five - we've all fallen into that trap from time to time wink.gif

Either key should work (it's really a checksum)
