install problems DVD Copy and Convert 4

cant seem to load dvd copy & convert 4 onto my new pc keeps rolling back after trying to install emc10 can any one advise

I think you should try to install EMC 10 - it has many more features then DVD CV4.

List your system specs.

using windows vista, every thing worked fine and installed no problem on my old xp machine but on vista prompt box tells me to install emc10 content then then insall rolls back and removes what it has just installed,

sorry not very technical if i cant fix it with a big hammer please help

Where was the product purchased from and what does the content on your exiting disc look like?
