After downloading Service Pack 2 and getting the software not found message I printed out the Clean Install directions. When I perform the Clean Install do I also need to uninstall the Service Pack2 and the USB Capture Driver that I downloaded? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not very computer savy but this is a brand new Toshiba Satellite that is four weeks old with all the bells and whistles.

The problem I was having was with Jerky video preview and the same when I burned the video to DVD.

Thank You

My understanding is that uninstalling the product will also remove the installed SP2 unlike Windows which installs it as a separate entry. If you are also have issues with USB capture device, you could also uninstall the device before you re-install the product.

JUst follow the clean install directions. And pay close attention to disabling your antivirus software, before installing again.
